- Presentation of Report of Activities for the year ended March 31, 2020
- Approval of Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2020
- Resignation of Mr. Suresh Kumar from post of Hon Treasurer and from the Governing
Body - Election of Mr R Chandrasekaran to the Governing Body and confirmation of his
appointment as Hon Secretary by the Governing Body - Election of Mr Vishwanathan Iyer to the Governing Body and as Hon Treasurer
- Approval of amendments to the Memorandum of Association
- Appointment of Auditors and fixing their remuneration
- Any other Business with the permission of the Chair
